Can I pick my roommate for a shared registration?

Yes! You can list a preferred roommate at the time of registration (please note – they will also need to register and list you as their choice as well) or you can email us at info@dreamcatcher-events.com to let us know of your roommate choice!

Can I transfer to a different room type?

Please contact us at info@dreamcatcher-events.com to learn more. Room types are limited and it may not be possible to change.

Are the events ADA/EAA accessible?

Yes! All accessible rooms are located at the Renaissance Hotel. Please contact us at info@dreamcatcher-events.com to let us know any specific accommodations that you may need.

Can I attend as a beginning musician?

Absolutely! The Hideaway is for people at every level of musical experience. Whether you’re a professional musician, a beginner just starting out, or simply someone who loves music and wants to be immersed in it, there will be classes, sessions, and activities that welcome you.

Can my child attend as a camper?

Absolutely! We have campers of all levels attend and classes range from beginner to advanced. Participants must be 16 or older to attend alone. Guests aged 15 or younger must be accompanied by an adult on premises at all times.

How can I add additional nights (pre and post event)?

What is the closest airport to the hotel?

PISA (PSA) is located 74.0 km/45 miles from Hideaway. Travel time is approximately 1 hr by car.
FLORENCE (FLR) is located 106km/74 miles from Hideaway. Travel time is approximately 1 hr and 22 minutes by car.
MILAN (LIN) or (MXP) is located 317km/196 miles from Hideaway. Travel time is approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes by car.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service to/from the hotel/airport?

No, the hotel does not offer a shuttle service to/from the airport.

We are offering discounted transfers from the airport to the hotel via an add-on to your registration. If you would like to add this service, please contact info@dreamcatcher-events.com for more information and rates.

Does the hotel have parking?

Parking is available on site.

How do I get to Base Camp if I am staying at Il Ciocco Hotel?

We will have shuttles running between the two locations daily between the hours of 8:00am and Midnight.

Who do I let know about special dietary needs and/or allergies?

You can submit your dietary restrictions upon registration, or you can send an email to info@dreamcatcher-events.com to let us know about any restrictions/allergies.

Do you offer any specialty discounts (ie. veteran, senior, or disabled)?

We do not.

Do I need to bring my own instrument?

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own instrument to camp. There will be a limited number of amps, drums, percussion, and keyboards provided.

Can I take photos and videos?

  • Photos are allowed.
  • Short clips of performances are allowed.
  • Any video of classes cannot be shared publicly. They can be shared in the private group and saved for personal use.
  • Some instructors may not allow video in their classes. We will let you know if this is the case for specific instructors.

Will there be merch for sale?

Yes, there will be merch for sale. Merch store hours will be posted onsite as well as in the app closer to the camp.

Can I transfer to a different event?

No, your registration is only valid for the camp that you registered for.

What email address do you send emails from?

All informational emails will be sent from noreply@active.com and we suggest you add that email to your contacts so that emails do not get rejected or lost in spam. If you are looking to email us, please use info@dreamcatcher-events.com.

How do I log into Active?

Do you offer travel insurance?

We do not offer travel insurance through our system. However, we recommend obtaining coverage through a third-party provider, allowing you to select a policy that best fits your individual travel needs and preferences.

What is your cancellation policy?

All payments and deposits are final and non-refundable.
